Hello, Diligently, I've been sticking around with monthly newsletters. I myself get so much spam, that I can't think of myself as one... but I couldn't resist looking at my calendar for next week. There is so much going on, it's going to feel like a full month. So I apologize.
1. 3rd Annual NY AcroFest

2. Jack Rabbit Thai and Fly.
To get us in the Acrofest groove, our monthly FREE Thai & Fly class at JackRabbit. This class is an exploration of the art of listening and opening through some basic principles of Thai massage sequence that will prepare us for a short sweet therapeutics flying.

3. Bryant park Acro Demo.
We'll be preforming an Acro Demo just before Bryant park yoga class on Thursday 5:00-6:00pm.
4. Friday night class and Jam
This week traditional Friday 7:30 class is also a jam night (3rd Friday Jam). Mary Arans will be teaching Buddha Flow 3! Post class Jam is free to AcroFest students and teachers and to Friday class students! I'll be there!
5. Acrofest closing Jam.
If the acrofest is not your 'thing' this year, you can still join us in our closing jam at Central Park, Sunday afternoon 3:00pm - dusk. We'll be at our usual spot in the park, south, middle end of Sheep Meadow - look for the feet up in the air. This is usually the largest jam of the year, enjoy the playful, casual, supporting and loving atmosphere of the community.
6. New AcroYoga Class startsSeptember

Our spiritual journey is being enhanced by our friends support and reflection in AcroYoga practice. We'll learn to spot, fly and base, increasing the art of communication. Learning to listen with all our senses, be clear in our instruction and feedback both giving and receiving. Acrois a co-creation of the participant, 'cause you can't fly yourself!In this Thursdays night, 8:00-9:30pm we'll play with some strength drills, learning to use our core for stability. Solar spoting, flying and basing - yes, that refers to all those cool YouTube videos you thought you can never try. And we'll finish with a soft Thai & Fly Lunar practices to end your day on a sweet note.No partner is needed! Pre-requisite - open mind and a smile.
